SillyRabbit hosting is the product of a lifelong interest in computers. I first started using the computer at 5, working with HTML at 9, and I got into self-hosting 2 years ago. My projects since then have been Sunset, a fork of OTW-Archive, the software behind AO3 with 550+ users; SillyWordz, a fork of status.cafe for embeddable writing updates; FemslashCity, the first Neocities clone to ever exist; and AlienPlace, a Dreamwidth clone, among others. I am very passionate about computers and doing things for other people, so: SillyRabbit hosting was born.

Why host with SillyRabbit?

SillyRabbit has a flexible TOS. TL;DR, I only ban photorealistic/hyperrealistic NSFW art of any character/person that is a minor or physically appears to be, Harry Potter shit (sorry, that's my one line), anything illegal within the United States (where my servers are hosted), and AI generated stuff. Anything else is fair game.

I will work with you to create the website of your dreams. You get admin accounts on each service (except image hosting), but I will do the set-up work and manage anything that needs to be managed within the file system.

You will also be supporting a plural alterhuman lesbian who is trying to start a family ;)

Typical Process

1. Reach out to me at [email protected] or on our contact form with an idea for your website and what service(s) you would like me to host for you. Give as much detail about you and what you plan to host as you possibly can!
2. When I accept your proposal, you will pay me by subscribing to one of the corresponding monthly tiers on my Ko-Fi page. After I receive payment, I will begin set-up work.
3. I will continue to communicate with you as needed throughout our time working together.
